Star Materials Heat Sealed or Bonded Aluminum Polyetser Aluminum Tape (AL/PET/AL/EAA).

HEAT SEALED ALUMINUM POLYESTER ALUMINUM TAPE

This heat-sealing Aluminum Polyester Tape (one or double layers of AL film + PET film + EAA film). For this EAA film (Ethylene acrylic acid copolymer), its acid content is above 8.5%, melting point is 85°C. This product is used as a shielding foil for cables which must be free of electromagnetic or electrostatic interference e.g. electronic cables, HDMI cables, coaxial cables, etc. The EAA film layer melts and fully bonds to the foam dielectric to provide 100% coverage and better signal. We can also offer heat sealed Polyester Tape (PET/EAA Glue).

Composition:
• Aluminum foil
• Polyester film
• Aluminum foil
• EAA film (Ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, acid content above 8.5%, melting point 85°C)
